Daviess County Fiscal Court, Owensboro, KY. Providing leadership and vision, this arm of local government has shown its support for the arts by sponsoring ROMP annually at their facility, Yellow Creek Park, and by contributing generously to the museum's general operating expenses.

Kentucky Arts Council, a statewide arts organization.  Leading the way in the arts in a highly artistic state, the Kentucky Arts Council has consistently provided leadership and funding for general operating expenses as well as program funding for Bluegrass in the Schools (various projects) and the Monroe-Style Mandolin Camps.
