Merry Christmas from everyone at the International Bluegrass Music Museum!  As many of you know, I am the new guy and this year has been all about change and adjustment for me and my family.  In addition to learning the ropes in a new job, my daughters are adjusting to life as college students, my wife is transitioning from her job of almost 12 years, we are selling our home in Nashville and settling in as new residents of Owensboro, Kentucky.

ROMP Festival will return in 2016 led by Bluegrass Hall of Fame inductee Del McCoury, famed Father of Newgrass, Sam Bush, Grammy-award winning musician and producer, Jerry Douglas presents the Earls of Leicester, and Grammy-nominated bluegrass jammers, Infamous Stringdusters. The four-day Bluegrass roots and branches festival, celebrating its 13th year, will take place June 22-25, 2016 at Yellow Creek Park, a 150-acre facility famous for its raptor rescue center, winding creek and fishing lake, sweeping tree-lines, nature trails and vast grassy fields.
